Unless specified all mockups are digital renderings. These are enhanced for you and your customers to see the detail and colors. Transfers will look different on all sizes of shirts. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or colors reach out to me before you place your order.

 
Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order via the website chat feature.  Include order number, photos and detailed information regarding the issue.

We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are only counted as Monday - Friday and the day your order is placed is not counted.

Processing/Shipping
We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days after your order is placed if all customs are print ready.  Day one starts at the next business day if images are print ready!  If you order on a Thursday then day one is Friday and day 2 is Monday.

If you fail to upload custom images, need artwork, background removal, color changes etc. it does extend turn around time.  TAT does not start on orders with customs or gang sheets until all images are received.  To ensure quick turn around time upload all images in print ready format on the website when you order. 

Missing, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you have received defective, incorrect or missing items please reach out to us via email or website chat within 24 hours of order delivery.  The customer will be responsible for any rush fees and/or shipping upgrades and expenses.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, stole or arrived damaged please file a Route Insurance claim. Route insurance is a shipping insurance provider that is available to all customers at checkout for a small fee.  If you choose not to purchase route insurance you must contact the shipping provider that was selected at checkout for reimbursement.  USPS priority mail have insurance provided directly through them.  Earthline Customs is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stole packages once your order is in transit.  We have no ability to contact Route or any mail carrier on your behalf.

Refund Policy
We guarantee to replace any defective item free of charge within 24 hours of delivery.  This is limited to the merchandise totals only.  Earthline customs is not responsible for any product in which our items were applied.

All orders are queued for printing once order is placed and images are deemed print ready, therefore please review TAT and ensure your order is correct.  No refunds are given for cancellation requests.  In the Rarer circumstance that we do allow a cancellation of an order ROUTE insurance is not refundable and there will be a 15% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.

How do I sign up for these text messages?

All you have to do is text earthline to 202-988-1064. (Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.) When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 202-988-1064. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 202-988-1064. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Our organization will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Subscribing and Unsubscribing

It is policy, that just as a user must opt in to a text marketing list, they have the right to opt out of a particular text marketing list as well. When a user opts out of a text marketing list, they will no longer receive any texts unless they, themselves, re-subscribe.

Limits On Our Abilities

Even though your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, due to standing legalities, we cannot promise that personal information will not be divulged to third parties in ways not explained by this privacy policy.
